Introduction to Patisserie

From bases for tarts to crème pâtissière and crème d’amandes, learn how to really impress your friends and family with creative patisserie treats, such as a millefeuille with vanilla crème pâtissière and an almond and apricot Tart at this class. Aprons and lunch will be provided and by the end of the session you will have two beautiful desserts, some new culinary skills and a whole host of other baking ideas to try out at home!
