Learn how to make this wonderful castle cake.
On this course you will learn how to split, fill and crumb-coat a sponge cake, ice it smoothly using sugar-paste, make turrets and use a variety of techniques to turn it into a spectacular castle. Spaces cost £110 per person and the class lasts five hours.
All equipment, apron, drinks and lunch provided.
