We may be miles away from Ladurée and Pierre Hermé in Paris, but we think that’s even more of an excuse to re-create some delicate French fancies in your own kitchen! Our class will take you through the patisserie kitchen essentials – Crème Pâtissière and Crème d’Amandes; bases for many tarts and desserts.

Once you have mastered these two recipes, we will make some impressive patisserie creations, such as a stunning Millefeuille with vanilla crème pâtissière and an Almond and Apricot Tart. You will leave Dee Light Bakery with two beautiful desserts, some new skills and a whole host of other ideas to try out at home!

This baking class costs £150 and you must book in advance via email or calling 0208 672 0250. Aprons and lunch are provided, plus you’ll be able to take all your baked goodies home to share with everyone.
